The gals were super friendly at check time, but they had forgotten a few things we ordered the first go-round. Overall a great date night!

We got on the waitlist at 9am the day of a state college game, or so we thought. When we arrived at 1 for the game expecting to be on the list, they stated their Open Table wasn’t functioning and their tablet was unavailable to have the names on the list. I of course was not happy. Their manager did apologize to us for this, and we were seated promptly, to their covered patio seating, that you can tell was not the prime seating for the game, with a tv out and only 3 tables there. We stayed until mid game then left. We were unhappy with the experience they gave us booking though the app. Although they attempted to correct it, I felt like a second rate customer (our bill was over $130, for a part of 6, we ordered well). We expected more for the Apple Cup from Buffalo Wild Wings.

This specific BWW DOES NOT offer opentable reservations- very upsetting since I had a large group coming in.

Worst experience I have ever had. No concern about customer service. Our food was cold and took way to long to get seated and for our food to be brought out.

Although I made an Open Table reservation on the website, BWW somehow doesn't accept reservations. The food was so-so, way over-priced. KFC should come out w/wings and it would be better than this place. Everything was sticky, felt dirty. Big screen TVs surround you everywhere, but not fun like a sports bar. Just super bright like being at Wal-Mart. Blah.

I was really irritated that our “Reservation” was not accepted. I was told we don’t accept them and don’t care what the website states. I then had to wait 35 minutes for a table after driving 2 1/2 HOURS to get to the restaurant. Staff was negligible and satisfying at the least. Nothing extraordinary at all. During our visit an over head page came stating to make sure you get your “Reservations” for super bowl!?! Not so sure why they would accept them for that day but not mine? It will probably be a while for me to go back. They also had 5 managers on the floor doing NOTHING but watching the game while their staff was struggling to say the least. I’ve been a General Manager of a sports bar before.. and I would never let my staff falter like they did.

They first didn’t want to respect my reservation. They stated they don’t do reservations. Then when they finally accepted it they put us outside. The table was wobbly there was a whole in concrete where our table was sat making it even colder. We had to put something over the hole to make it more reasonable. People coming in after us got better table. Manager and hostess not friendly at all. Not my fault they don’t take reservations they should fix that problem because I did my part. We ended up leaving early because we were so cold and treated horribly. Felt rushed couldn’t enjoy the game
