Ok so our 16 year old daughter loves this place and says mom dad can we go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Ok sure so we go it’s about 6:30 not to busy. So we go in get to our table waitress takes our order we get our dinks the music is kinda loud but as everyone gets louder the music keeps getting louder. I get it it’s a sports bar. So we get our food my daughter and my self get the slammer my husband get the chicken sandwich. So I go for the mozzarella stick it’s not even hot no cheese comes out when I hit it. Ok so I put that down and go for a wing super dry as. Well as my daughter’s so the waitress comes and we tell her she says ok I’m getting the manager so he comes over offers to remake them sure that’s fine. So she comes back and proceeds to tell use that they had been slow and they were going to send people home and how the cooks aren’t doing there job. So they remake it and then she wasn’t happy with that so she takes 10.00 off of both the samplers. So idk if we will be back it was a very bad experience for our first visit

Wish I could remember servers name; young man who hustled all the time. We hardly ever get decent service anymore but this guy went above and beyond! Wings were outstanding

With a reservation, we waited >30 minutes for our table. Another 20 minutes for the waitress to take our orders. Food took over an hour to start arriving, and when it did, they would bring out one persons entree, another’s drink, and someone else’s side. Cold fries, missing sauces, no carrots/celery. Everything slow, wrong, missing. When we asked the waitress to fix something or go back for something, she would say, “ We’ll that’s gonna take forever.” Not cool!

We had a party of 14. The Manager and multiple staff members provided excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!

Well I got there like 10 min late just to be told they don't do reservations and that we had a 2 hour wait even though I had a email confirmation

They were way understaffed on a game night. The place was filthy and the wait for other people was very unreasonable. The portions were meager, our appetizer looked as if someone had eaten half of it while it sat under heat lamps for ten minutes.
