Party of 3. The food was old and our drinks were mad incorrectly. I expressed our concerns to our waiter and she literally disregarded them. I asked her if our drinks were the same she told me yes. I then proceeded to tell her that they aren’t supposed to be the same color and she told me “yeah well...” and left it at that. Now the supervisor was patient and tried to do what she could to help.Cet avis est-il utile ?

First thing we were told when we walked in the door was that they do not take reservations. So why are we able to reserve a table on Open Table. I showed the hostess this and she responded, I don't care what your email/app says, "We do not take reservations." So the start wasn't so good. The food is the same as it is at every Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is the same and the restaurant is the same. The staff is overworked and understaffed, so they are in a hurry and the food is inconsistent. Some times "Hot" is really hot and some times it is not.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Just awful service! Arrived at 450pm, table for four. Restaurant was not busy. Tried to order four different beers that were actively on their menu to be told that they did not have any of them. Then ordered a Coors light and waited 25 minutes for it to come to the table. Our dinner took more than 40 minutes to arrive our table and the order was wrong in several ways: missing items, fries vs veggies, etc. Cheese on chicken sandwich had hardened from sitting under the warmer. Just awful in every regard tonight. Should have gone to Kilroy’s. Will not come back.Cet avis est-il utile ?
