It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we planned a surprise birthday dinner, the staff was amazing... sat us down right away and we had fast service despite the fact that there was a UFC fight. 5 star.

Aweful. We were never seated. Even with a reservation. Unbelievable. Ruined our whole night. They were so packed with walk ins that they had no seats available for the people with reservations. We even waited half an hour to be seated. They had no answer for us.

This is by far the best BWW I have been to. Customer Service was perfect! The food came out pretty quick and the food was served great as well

Used open table for reservations, open table had an option for standard seating or bar seating. I opted in for bar seating with a couple friends, but when it was time to check in, the front desk said they do not accept reservations for bar seating and to find my own seats at the bar. Luckily I found an available table, and was able to order food and watch the NBA Playoffs. Another downfall, is they don’t let you keep the main recipe where you can enter blazin rewards. I took a photo of the recipe and when I entered the claim number is shows it was already used. My experience could have been better.

Take to long for the food and waitress never came and check for refill or if we wanted anything else. They charge taxes for each person on my table. Will never come back or recommend.

They were able to seat us pretty fast. The food took some time to come out but they did give us a heads up and complimentary veggies for the table because of the wait. Overall pretty well satisfied.
