Buffalo Wild Wings was great and the server was amazing considering it was Super Bowl Sunday but they claim don’t they take reservations for a table and don’t understand why it’s an option on open table.

If you know what to expect, and you’ve been here on more than one occasion already, your expectations should be set …then you should be right there….this place is fantastic! I honestly love the mango habanero wings as they are the perfect amount of spice and flavor that I only find better sauces, available at blind rhino in Norwalk. MAKE SURE To BE SPECIFIC WITH THE WAGE STAFF THAT YOU WANT THE WINGS MARKED APPROPRIATELY AS THEY COME OUT! THE ONLY DOWNFALL I REALLY FIND HERE IS THAT THEY DON’T DO A GOOD JOB OF THIS WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR WHEN EATING WITH A GROUP AND ORDERING MULTIPLE SAUCES

When I got there I was told they don’t except reservations (even though they had confirmed this one). After waiting a bit we finally sat down and the waiter threw the menus down at us not to be seen again for 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes to talk to a single employee (after waiting to be seated) we waited another two hours for our wings to come out. The worst part was the food was cold and completely not what we ordered. It’s actually funny how bad the Stamford BWW is. The worst restaurant in Connecticut by far.

There were quite a few issues with our order. I ordered a coffee as the restaurant was extremely cold and diners were wearing jackets and coats. My first coffee was cold. I asked for another one and it took over 10 mins to get. By that time, food was already at the table. Our waiter didn’t check on us and therefore we waited over 20 mins to get our bill and pay. Not what I would expect when it wasn’t that busy.

Well overall bdubs was not bad. It was disappointing because when I came in my reservation was NOT ready. I waited 30min and then eventually down graded my party from 10 people to 4 so I could get a table. So much for making a reservation. Service was so so food was delicious.
