Buffalo,Wild Wings is a corporate restaurant. My son and his friend love it, therefore I enjoy it with them. Probably wouldn’t choose it completely on my own. A little expensive for flavored chicken nuggets. Great sports atmosphere. Love it and don’t at the same time.

Service was terrible, had to wait 25 minutes for a drink after being seated. Our server never stopped by to check how things were and we had to flag down a busser to get any attention. Food came out cold and at different times. Felt ignored as we watched our server go back and forth to a table that was sat after us.

the restaurant was fine - I was unhappy to learn that they don't actually use the open table app even though you have them listed.... so.... that was very confusing once we got there.

I made an Open Table reservation for Super Bowl Sunday. When I arrived, they informed me that they were not accepting any of the Open Table reservations that had been made: that it was phone only, and that there were absolutely no seats available. While I was standing there in disbelief, another guy came in behind me and started yelling at them because they had been rude to his wife over exactly the same issue. This place is truly messed up. They offered me vouchers, but I said I was never going back there. I should have read the previous reviews first, because they're all bad, and I could have known better.

First, they don't even take open table reservations, it went downhill from there. Been there 2 times and the service was horrible. Orders were wrong, took forever to give the order and even longer to even get a drink much less food. Will never go back.

had a reservation for a party of 8, but was told they forgot to turn off their Open Table app, and could not seat us at all because they were capacity. Saturday night special occasion and had to drive around looking for another place, pathetic. Had all day to make other arrangements had they bothered to be in the slightest bit professional. One Star is way too many

They did not have our reservation. It was Sunday afternoon. They were almost completely full. Most everyone seemed to be there watching football. Met several family members for lunch before a movie. We were sat outside. We had to ask for our waitress to take our order after waiting for 30 mins. It took 55 mins to get our food. It was brought by someone other than our waitress. Several sauces and dressings missing. It seemed like our food had been sitting. The spinach artichoke dip was cold and gelatinous. First and last time here.

After calling them three times to confirm my reservation- they said they didn’t have it when we arrived. The food reminded me of AppleBees. Mediocre.
