First of all they can't even see the open table reservations so that was a waste of time. The food was luke warm at best..although the pretzel was good. My son's food came out 15 minutes after our food came out. Trying to flag down a server was ridiculous because it seemed that they had 1 server for the bar and the dining area because it was lunch time. Service was terribly slow. This used to be a favorite place of mine to eat. I hate to say that I will never be going back to that BWW again.

I gave 5 starts for food service.. but 1 start for checking in people.. bad service.. employees not organized. Didn't even see the manager to help they out or to help the clients.. other than that food was delicious.. 5 starts for that...

The floors were very dirty and trash all over the place. They need to clean up the tables by the street view!! Also the guy who sat us down didn’t even try to help with open table reservations did not care if we got our points or be penalized for him not inputting we showed up.

2nd time in the last month I made a reservation here and they told me they were too busy to honor it. After speaking with two people the assistant manager was able to get us a seat however the two hostesses were very annoyed about it. FYI- they don’t advise opentable if they can’t take any more reservations. They just let people come in and turn them away. Horrible customer service.

Made a reservation but they did not honor it. Managed to geab a spot at the bar but service was horribly slow, they never brought our waters and it took forever to even get the check.

Their system was down and didn’t honor my reservation. Walked in and there was a two hour wait. The girl offered no resolve. Horribly ran...

Service is horrible we were halfway done with our wings and then the waitress brings out the ranch and we would have to beg to get our waters refilled and the place was empty it wasn’t busy at all.
