Probably the finest steak I have ever had!! Staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and prepared the way I wanted.

Date night with my wife. First time here. Dolminico steak and fillet were cooked as ordered. No sauces or extras are needed. The wet or dry aged flavor of the steak can stand on its own. Definitely will be back again.

We had a fantastic time at Buffalo Block last night. We were seated at a wonderful table. Our server was attentive. The food was absolutely divine. We started with muscles and oysters, outstanding! We went onto prime rib and the cowboy prime ribeye. Both were the proper temperature we ordered. The side portions are generous. The service was a little slow from the kitchen. Entrées seemed to take quite some time, but we were enjoying the wine, had our appetizers so we weren’t starving, the ambiance inspired great conversation so the delay did not take anything away from our experience. I can’t wait to dine at Buffalo Block again.

We had dined at Black Prime Steakhouse before when passing through Billings and enjoyed our meal very much., unfortunately our experience this time was not the same. Our waiter and the rest of the staff we encountered were professional and very pleasant but the wait time for our meal was long and the food was barely edible. I had a the dinner salad which was plentiful but the dressing tasted rather bitter. My husband had the small filet and fries. He said the steak was okay but the fries tasted horrible which I concur. I didn't think french fries could taste bad but they did. The serving of fries was quite large but we couldn't eat them. So I'm sorry to say the experience was a bad one and I doubt we will try this restaurant again. Such a disappointment.

Food wasn’t great, had a prime rib, no flavor and chewy, wouldn’t order again. Husband had Bison ribeye, super chewy and also no flavor. Asparagus tasted like it was cooked in fish oil. Service was below par, no follow up service and just started grabbing app plates to take away without asking. Then never came back to clear plates til we got the check.

Treated a friend to brunch at Buffalo Block and can't say enough good things about it. Prices are reasonable for a Sunday Brunch and the food is outstanding. Our waiter made us feel important and answered all of our questions. Food was great and looked beautiful. This was my second time for brunch and I'll be back! Highly recommend. Lots of great choices for brunch cocktails too.
