Bufala Edgemont is a place where friends and families can gather for delicious food & drink every day of the week. We prepare fresh, scratch-made classic & contemporary pizzas in the Napolitana style - blistered to perfection in our 800 degree stone oven - along with a tasty selection of Italian-inspired small plates, pasta, main courses and desserts. And as great meals require great drinks, we also offer a delicious selection of cocktails, wines, craft beers, and espresso.

Our experience was disappointing. We showed up at a 7pm reservation so most of the dinner rush was tapering off. Our waitress disappeared not soon after bringing water and returned much too late to retrieve our order. There was 3 of us and our meals came out in 3 separate times so we didn't actually eat together. The bill was well over 200 and the flavor of the food was so so. Maybe this was an off night but not the best first impression.

Food was good but it took way too long and all our entrees were delivered at wildly different times, (my father was finished eating his meal by the time my husbands dinner arrived, 20+ minutes later). Only one meal was served hot, the rest were just warm. Still tasty and servers was nice and apologetic, but it's dissapointing to not be able to eat a hot meal together while we were trying to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary.

Food was good. Service, not so much. When they brought out our meatball appie the server kinda just dropped the plate and bowl on the table causing the serving spoon to jumped off and land on my partners cost getting marinara sauce on it. The food did come out quickly. The food would bring me back for another try. Maybe the service will be better.

The food was okay, my pasta…some noodles were undercooked and sticking together. I didn’t complain about it because the flavour was tasty and I was semi full from our starters. We made a special drive on a rainy night into North Vancouver to try this place and I must say, I don’t think we’ll do it again.

The restaurant is nice enough and in a great neighborhood, Edgemont Village. The staff is excellent. The food, not so much. The pasta dishes are very mediocre. Ordered chicken parmigiana cuz it was the only main dish containing protein. The chicken was mediocre and the pasta below that. The kale Caesar was pretty good and their hummus style appt was very good. They’re pizzas are good and their hummus style only thing to order imo

Bufala worked very hard to find something that I could eat. I ended up eating a pork dish that was very good. I have many issues with what I can eat, no gluten, no nightshades right now, so no tomatoes and no potatoes, for example, are a couple. So my first and second choices weren't gluten free. I won't be filling out any more open table reviews because I feel having to verify who I am for a food review TWICE is over the top. I'm not booking for surgery or having anything to do with a financial institution, this is for a FOOD REVIEW.

Booth benches were very comfortable though I noticed table chairs were not padded. Inside of restaurant was much better than your impression from outside. Good value and good family n friends venue. Strength was in their pizza
