                          We could get a table even after booking, because we need a high chair, had to be sat on the cold outside. The food came with no cutlery. When we eventually got the cutlery the food was already cold.

                          Lady with blue hair in the bluewater branch was outstanding. Super attentive went the extra mile with my dessert and had ‘happy birthday’ added in chocolate onto my plate. Super friendly staff and helpful happy service. It’s wonderful to go somewhere and the staff be so hot on their customer service which is super rare these days. They made my birthday dinner stress free with my 5 month old son aswell thanks to their care and kindness.

                          Went to Buenasado on recommendation from a friend for a birthday meal and we were not disappointed. We were given a warm welcome, great service and more importantly excellent food. We will definitely be going back there again.

                          My wife and I had a fantastic meal at the Bluewater Buenasado. From the moment of arrival the service was super attentive without being intrusive. Our waitress always had a smile on her face. The food was wonderful and wine wasn't a let down either. The best compliment I can pay is that we can't wait to go back again.

                          Love this restaurant. Have to comment though that I didn’t have a dessert this time as I came 2 weeks ago and the dessert portion had considerably shrunk! Usually a really tall portion of mango n passion fruit cheesecake - up came a very shallow piece about a 1/4 of the size - I expected the same size as the dessert price is £8plus. However the lamb rump is always beautiful as are the steaks Have to add the 12 1/2 percent added onto my bill is steep! I base my gratuity always on 10% and prefer to give it after I’ve paid so I now request they don’t add it. Service is usually good and friendly
