Budapest Bistro Csárda combines traditional Hungarian Cuisine with beloved international dishes, all prepared with the most modern and delicate culinary technology of the 21st century.
Our restaurant is located right between the famously beautiful Parliament building and the Szabadság Square, where our spacious terrace area can host up to 120 guests who can enjoy the singing of birds and the professional and innovative service and expertise provided by our staff members.
After it's opening in 2012, our restaurant went through a full renovation in the autumn of 2020. Along with the spectacular new interior of our bistro, that has exceeded all of our expectations, we have made some great efforts to provide our guests with even greater quality of food, our aim is to introduce the most excellent combination to traditional beverages and culinary novelties.

    Very good service. The waiters are very kind and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere, cozy and quiet and delicious food! I will happily recommend this place to all my friends.

    The staff was very friendly and the food was good. We sat outside so our table wasn't very big but that was no issue since they offered us an extra chair to put our bottle of wine and water

    Waiter Chubby was FANTASTIC! Made our visit there extra special. The food was delicious and the outdoor atmosphere was perfect! I would highly recommend

    Nice restaurant but BEWARE at check-out.  My dining experience at this restaurant was very good as it relates to the food, service, and ambience. However, I’d like to place a WARNING to all patrons of this restaurant. In the menu, it clearly states at 15% gratuity will be added to all bills. When it came time to check out with the portable credit card machine, the waiter told me that I must enter a tip before I could have my credit card processed. I questioned him on why the menu said that the tip of 15% was already included. He told me “that 15% is for the company.“ I don’t know what that means. I left him an additional 5% tip. Just BEWARE as I’m sure the scam goes on. The suggested tips were on the credit card machine screen, 5%, 10%,15%, so I know this is a standard practice at this restaurant.

    My husband and I didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by everything at this restaurant. Food, service and the attentiveness of the staff all made for a wonderful evening. Bravo 👏🏻

    It took an hour and a half to get two pizzas. The service was slow and the staff was rude.
