At Buck & Honey’s, we've taken great care to ensure your first visit makes you feel like you're stopping by an old friend's house. We are privately owned and offer a wide variety of traditional fare with only the freshest available ingredients, curated by our Executive Chef, Sammy Millan. We are new to the Mount Horeb community and couldn't be more excited! Great pastas, tender steaks, seafood, fresh entree salads, unique specialty sandwiches, critically acclaimed Friday fish fry and our deliciously crispy thin crust pizzas round out our offerings. Check out our extensive wine list too. We offer a cozy environment with amazing staff. Join us for live entertainment and special events. Also We serve brunch from 11am-3pm on Saturday and Sunday. We also have an amazing event venue on the second level. We are here to show what Wisconsin hospitality is all about!

Wonderful place. First time diners and will certainly be going back. French onion soup was the best we had ever had. Garlic mashed potatoes were outstanding. Husband had prime rib and it was very good. I had ribeye. It was done perfectly.

Tonight, they had a Sriracha honey fries with pork belly appetizer that was the surprise hit of the evening. We ate the entire bowl. Everything was great, as usual, and the server was fantastic. Thanks for the excellent start to a great evening!

The Usual and The French Toast brunch choices were delicious. The hash browns were done to perfection, and the thick, crispy bacon pieces were delicious. The Usual was a good value meal. All of us loved it equally.

We all really loved our main meals (Wagyu burger, Spanky’s meatloaf, Mahi mahi fish tacos) as well as our side dishes (broccolini, mushroom risotto, french fry dippers). We had delicious drinks (espresso martini, blackberry hibiscus martini), and our server (Erin, I think?) was very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. What an enjoyable experience!

Nicely refurbished older building with separate bar and dining areas, Cheerful service and good food reasonably priced. Minor gripes, it's a bit dark, so can be hard to read the menus of an evening, and there's only one vegetarian main course. But we'll be back.

Buck & Honey's in Mt. Horeb is a great place to stop for dinner on the way from Southwest Madison to American Player's Theater. I had the Korean Bowl and my spouse had the burger. Both were delicious. The menu has many great offerings (see for yourself) and the prices are good. I like that they offer delicious non-alcoholic cocktails. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our group of 8 were very pleased with the food and service. No dish was bad. Food is very solid. Would definitely go back.
