once again another perfect meal at bucatini caffe!! i've had everything on the menu and my absolute must try's are the octopus, beef carpaccio, spring mix salad, eggplant antipasto, bucatini, squid ink rigatoni, paccheri (duck bolognese), and fusilli but honestly everything here is delicious and i truly love it all! tonight i went with a friend who has a dairy allergy and the chef and staff were more than accommodating! the tiramisu and limoncello cake are always the most perfect ending to a flawless dinner!

We had the absolute best experience! We made an impromptu decision to go on a date night and this place just opened up 2 minutes from our house. They are the same owners of Burrata, which we’re already big fans of. We had to start with the stuffed longhots and it did not disappoint! For entrees I got the Bucatini lobster in a butternut squash cream sauce and it was incredible- it was light, refreshing, and had the perfect balance of summer to fall flavors (the ultimate September dish). My hubby got the squid ink rigatoni with calamari in a spicy blush sauce and I couldn’t stop stealing bites- the flavor had such amazing depth to it. The final dish I will forever crave- limoncello cake. The most light, airy, citrusy creation I’ve ever put in my mouth. And the bill? Soooo reasonable. We love a BYO. And I will be back to try every single other dish on the menu.

Truly outstanding! I've been here three times in three weeks, and each time is a consistent, solid five-star experience. The food is delicious and made with love. The staff is super friendly! The decor is simple and beautiful. Make a reservation if it's the weekend, and in addition to the fabulous apps and pasta on the menu, make sure to order the daily specials! Perfect spot for date night -- if you know anyone for me, let me know lol -- family dinner, or a gathering of friends. Bucatini Caffe is a true neighborhood gem!

Amazing food and service. The pastas were perfectly al dente and the ricotta cake was imported from Italy! Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

this was hands down the best meal i have eaten at a restaurant. the lobster bucatini was everything ive ever dreamed of. i was lucky enough to go on a day where the chef was experimenting with baking focaccia bread and it was fantastic. the squid ink was the perfect amount of spice, the spinach spaghetti was incredible, and the steak was seared beautifully served on a delicious bed of polenta. the tiramisu is the perfect staple dessert, but the pear ricotta cake and salted caramel gelato were a delicious surprise & i hope they stay in rotation for a while! the entire meal was very reminiscent of southern italy - fresh, light, flavorful, and authentic. this place is definitely the closest you can get to a meal in italy while staying in the city. i've already made 2 more reservations because i cannot stop thinking about the goat cheese salad. this place is here to stay & i couldn't recommend it enough to everybody i know

We were there on a Tuesday night during the first week open and it was wonderful. I am going to say something I never say - that was the best salad I have ever had and been dreaming of coming back for it! My daughter had the Spinach Spaghetti, and I had the Bucatini - both were fabulous. We are not often in South Philadelphia but will need to change that now.
