We had the absolute best experience! We made an impromptu decision to go on a date night and this place just opened up 2 minutes from our house. They are the same owners of Burrata, which we’re already big fans of. We had to start with the stuffed longhots and it did not disappoint! For entrees I got the Bucatini lobster in a butternut squash cream sauce and it was incredible- it was light, refreshing, and had the perfect balance of summer to fall flavors (the ultimate September dish). My hubby got the squid ink rigatoni with calamari in a spicy blush sauce and I couldn’t stop stealing bites- the flavor had such amazing depth to it. The final dish I will forever crave- limoncello cake. The most light, airy, citrusy creation I’ve ever put in my mouth. And the bill? Soooo reasonable. We love a BYO. And I will be back to try every single other dish on the menu.

Amazing food and service. The pastas were perfectly al dente and the ricotta cake was imported from Italy! Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

this was hands down the best meal i have eaten at a restaurant. the lobster bucatini was everything ive ever dreamed of. i was lucky enough to go on a day where the chef was experimenting with baking focaccia bread and it was fantastic. the squid ink was the perfect amount of spice, the spinach spaghetti was incredible, and the steak was seared beautifully served on a delicious bed of polenta. the tiramisu is the perfect staple dessert, but the pear ricotta cake and salted caramel gelato were a delicious surprise & i hope they stay in rotation for a while! the entire meal was very reminiscent of southern italy - fresh, light, flavorful, and authentic. this place is definitely the closest you can get to a meal in italy while staying in the city. i've already made 2 more reservations because i cannot stop thinking about the goat cheese salad. this place is here to stay & i couldn't recommend it enough to everybody i know

We were there on a Tuesday night during the first week open and it was wonderful. I am going to say something I never say - that was the best salad I have ever had and been dreaming of coming back for it! My daughter had the Spinach Spaghetti, and I had the Bucatini - both were fabulous. We are not often in South Philadelphia but will need to change that now.

Congratulations to Dejvi & Chris on this beautiful Italian byob on passyunk! Very spacious and such a warm welcoming! Food was phenomenal and service great!

Meal was excellent. We had the steak and spinach spaghetti. Tiramisu for dessert was great too. Service.and staff were wonderful! Look forward to coming back.

Bucatini has the same excellence as Burrata. Food was great, the new place is beautiful. The only thing I was upset it was a lot of the menu items were out by the time of our reservation, so we didn’t get to try the bread, meat of the day, and the desserts. Don’t get me wrong I love their tiramisu I have been eating for years at Burrata, but I was excited to try the new items such as baklava. I would never give any of their restaurants less than 5 stars, because the quality of the food and service are always top notch. Just wish we could know about the missing items beforehand. Overall, will go back! And 100% recommend to try it.
