Very cool hidden gem in center city Philly. Traditional Italian scenery, decor, and menu. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and informative. We did the summer menu special which was a great experience overall. Food was incredible, great options, and reasonably priced for 3 course meal ($35). Would recommend, and will be back!

Great home style Italian restaurant in Philly. Almost didn't see it. Have to go down steps from the street. Nicely decorated. Great service. Excellent food.

This is one of our favorite places when visiting Philly. Old school family Italian food and great service. My wife is gluten free, they have really good gluten free pasta, and she also loves the risotto. Home made Limoncello! Excellent food and very attentive and friendly service. In the basement of an office building in the Old City, a hidden gem.

Excellent Italian food at a more than reasonable price. The staff was extremely professional and attentive. Great location away from the crowds of Center City. This is the place for you if you appreciate good Italian food served by real Italians, accent and all.

The food was very good and authentic. They had homemade desserts with various coffee drinks. Atmosphere was quiet and decor was nice. The staff was super kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

This was a choice based on going to the Walnut Street Theater and it was a great choice based on location, a parking deal and a terrific dining experience great service and delicious food. Definitely would highly recommend Buca D'oro to anyone.
