                                                                                      Been there several times and always a great experience. This time we had to ask for a server. He took our order after waiting 20 minutes. Explained we had a show to catch. Once food arrived we never saw him again. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Never asked how our meal was. An older woman came and cleaned our plates and asked if we wanted dessert and coffee. Only saw him when we got the bill.

                                                                                      Food was great. Service was lacking. No folloe up on our drinks. Finished our meal and sat a fair amount of time before we called server to bring us dessert menu.

                                                                                      What a wonderful night out! We went for dinner after a show. The food and atmosphere were both amazing! We will definitely be coming here again!

                                                                                      I expected better, based on reviews I’d seen. Nothing stood out as a reason to go back again. I had the fish special of barramundi over spinach. Nothing was seasoned. I expected the spinach to have some garlic in it. Nothing was salted and nothing had any seasoning. Nothing special about anything at all. The bread was terrible, very dry and my sister asked if it was fresh. Service was terrible. Every single time we had to flag down our waiter, Gesti. We got more service flagging down other servers. My sister had a veal chop, that was OK, but when I asked if she would order it again, she said no. We sat for some time after finishing yet were never offered dessert, and finally we were getting antsy to get the check and get to the theater. All in all, it was close to the Walnut Street Theatre, so that was a plus. But that’s a one and done for me on this restaurant.

                                                                                      We had the eggplant appetizer and the fettuccine funghi. Both were dishes that I will think about for a long time. The service was very slow, but the kitchen was fast and efficient. Once we got our server’s attention, he was very nice. The noise level was a little loud, but overall it was excellent meal and we will be back.

                                                                                      Perfect spot for pre-theatre lunch. Service is outstanding. We can always count on the excellent service and the delicious lunch. All the servers are very professional and personable. We have never been disappointed. Looking forward to our next lunch.

                                                                                      My wife and I go with friends to Buca D'Oro before virtually every Thursday matinee at the Walnut Street Theatre. The servers are exceptionally attentive an pleasant and the food is top-notch.
