The service was incredibly slow, especially for a place that was essentially empty. Dirty plates from courses piling up, had to be put on other tables. Very bizzare experience with a photographer who then tried to sell us the photos. Never really asked if we minded the photos.

My first time here, the restaurant has an old feel to it when walked in. Was seated immediately. Delicious meal and good service. Food portion is huge so sharing here is fun. I will definitely return.

Overall very nice dining experience. We were seated within five minutes of arrival. Our server was friendly and efficient. Food took a little longer than expected, but it was a holiday and I expected nothing less. Food was good. Huge portions. It was a very nice night out on the town.

Birthday for my husband and reserved the Pope Room for 8pm. Super excited but when we arrived to Buca they told me the group that reserved for 6pm was only halfway done so we would have to sit somewhere else. They said they had mentioned to them that there was a 2hrs limit. I would’ve booked an earlier time if that was the case…ugh!!! The main idea was to sit in that room for the experience. They tried to aliviate the frustration by giving us extra dishes and comping us some of the bill but the bad taste was left. There needs to be a better communication with the customers about what the time limit is in that certain room and with the staff!! I am not sure if we will return.

Food was decent and good ambiance. Service was okay but felt like our waiter was in a rush all the time so she would like toss things onto the table.
