Buca Di Bepos food standard had dropped in the past years and the value of family dinning just isn’t there anymore. This location has a staff that was very lackluster and out original server was sent home during our dinning experience. (Was she sick, were they cutting hours?? Who knows…) Food was ordered and it arrived in a timely fashion. Chicken parm, fettuccine Alfredo and a large pizza. Right after food was brought to the table I ordered a second glass of wine. We all ate and enjoyed the bland flavor of the food. They even sang happy birthday to my daughter. The bill arrived and as I was looking it over, the second glass of wine was on it but it was never brought to the table. As I’m getting ready to ask for it to be removed, another waiter shows up with my wine. Sooooooo I enjoyed it while waiting for the bill to be finished up. Another take away is, when I made my reservation online I requested the Pope Room. I even called ahead. When we arrived I was told my group wasn’t big enough for the Pope Room as we were only a group of 7 and needed to be a group of 16. It was clear the restaurant wasn’t busy so I asked to speak with the manager. She insisted that we were too small of a party for that specific room… so I asked, “do you have a reservation for 16 this evening?” She replied by looking at the iPad and saying “yes, later on this evening.” Granted it was only 3:45 in the afternoon, they were not going to accommodate this request. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning anytime soon.

Es bueno pero entiendo si es reserva de la noche pero si ya no quieren atender pues creo yo que simplemente noche abrir reserva

At 9PM you have (5) employees congregating around the hostess stand where “Brianna” would rather engage in giggles with others then to acknowledge a customer standing directly in front waiting to be guided to his table or checked in. Overall the food was good, the server very attentive. But would not come again based on the front of house experience.

Portions were very big. We ordered Fettuccine pasta to share. Both pasta and chicken in it came undercooked. Im not sure if it was because of the NYE rush or if it's always like that.

All dishes are large enough for 3 to 5 people, and the server said there were no exceptions. So go in prepared to agree on an entree. That results in a very cost-effective meal, but it was a problem for our group because I can’t eat red sauce. The food was delicious, prepared quickly and served nicely.

Our dinning experience was horrible due to our waitress Janette. When we were seated she took quite awhile to come and acknowledge. Once she came to the table you can tell she was in a horrible mood. She didn’t smile and was rushing when we had questions about the menu. Then she disappeared for quite awhile. We had to ask another waitress we saw walking by for water and bread. Janette looked mad and it was uncomfortable interacting with her. I saw another waiter approach her because she seemed upset and he told her he would help her. I asked that waiter for help as well. Bucca is our favorite place to eat and have never experienced such bad service.

We did not have service at the table until 30 min after sitting down. Food came out underwhelming and cold
