We made a reservation to celebrate the birthdays of our son in law and grandson. We were seated in the kitchen, which was fun! Ordered way too much food, as always! Our server, Brayan, was so nice and did a great job! The candles and ice cream for our birthday boys was special.

We had not visited Buca in two years. It was great, especially our Server Renee! Outstanding service!!!

Our server was Eddie at the Woodlands location. He was wonderful!! He was efficient when at our table taking our order and helping us through ordering the correct amount for our 6 person group. We never had to request a drink refill or more bread as he was 100% on top of service. Extra plates…he brought them ahead of time. Extra napkins…brought those too. Clearing used items…swept away properly making each trip to our table purposeful and courteous. He was probably the best server I’ve had at any restaurant, including Houston’s elite steakhouses. The food was wonderful as always and the atmosphere was fun like Grandma’s Italian home. Thank you Eddie and Buca for a great dinner with family.

The service was very slow. My son asked for an iced tea three times and never did get it. The food wasn’t great and my daughter ordered a pizza from the pizza menu and it was not a pizza. It looked more like a calzone.

We booked a table for 10. 7 adults and 3 children. Miserable is the best way to explain the evening. We were on a table in the very back by an exit door and the air conditioning was clearly not functioning. We requested that the air be turned down if possible and apparently they had previously had an issue with the air conditioning and attempted to do the best they could. They mentioned that corporate had been told and this was the outcome. ALL on the table were visibly sweating and the two youngest children were fanned by the adults to make it bearable. Our food was removed from the bill and we paid for our alcohol. A nice gesture by the management. The sad thing is the food is wonderful and the staff were amazing given the situation but the issue lies squarely on the company to maintain the premises. I am confident non of our families will be returning any time soon.
