We had a reservation for 8 on Saturday. When we got to the restaurant, they seated us right away. Unfortunately, the room they put us in was very noisy. My husband is hearing impaired, so we requested that they move us. They had no problem moving us to a different room and turning off the music to that room. We were very grateful that they did this for us. The server was very helpful with the menu and the food was very good. Our last experience with another location was not so great, so we were glad we gave the Summerlin location a try.

We love eggplant parmigiana , also ravioli with meat sauce and spaghetti with meat sauce or meat balls

Chicken limone was delicious. Chicken parm was not the greatest. Server was not very attentive or engaging. Overall it was okay

The calamari was average compared to other restaurants in the valley It was small cuts and completely over fried Our Antipasti salad needed more pizazz more olives and the lettuce being fully cut up not big chunks being left in We’ve eaten at this restaurant and many other Bucas over the thirty some years that they chain has existed in Chicagoland and Las Vegas and I feel you may be living on your Laurels

I’ve been dining there before and it’s getting worse and worse. Quality of food is deteriorating and price is going up. This was the last time I would ever eat there.

We were early for our 6pm Resv so we went to the bar. The bar tender hadn’t come in yet so the sent Antony who is a server. He made me a perfect gimlet. He was outstanding, great convos with the staff around the bar. So that’s the good. The bad was the food. Salad was good, pizza was greasy and over cooked, lasagna was dried out with more ricotta than sauce. Had to ask for extra sauce, was offed marinara or meat, asked for meat sauce he brought marinara. Bought a large so to take some home, will have to throw it out as it wasted calories. We have been to many Buca’s over the years and this one several times b4, worst food ever. Terrible.
