This restaurant is worn and dingy. Smelly too. Good value for hungry eaters waitress was friendly.

My husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce, which he described as "okay." I had two sides because the entrees were just too pricey for one person. I understand they are a family style restaurant but as they try to climb out of bankruptcy, maybe they could consider "regular" menu items either in addition to or instead of family style. So, I had 3 mild Italian sausages and Brussels sprouts both were okay but really nothing to rave about. The bill for the two of us came to $120 with tip. Granted, we both have enough leftovers for dinner tonight but I'll have to add some rice to make mine more balanced. Sadly, the restaurant was nearly empty and it was 6 PM on a Friday night. My husband and I joked about doing our part to keep the restaurant open, but last night might have been our last time trying to make family style dining work for a retired, senior couple. Maybe when our children come to visit ...

Went here for Mother's day and had not been in quite a while. The food and desserts were great. The trio appetizer was spot on and a little less expensive than getting them separately, would highly recommend.

Good ok. But not for what they charge. I will not recommend it. For the price we have better quality restaurants in the area.

We've eaten at Buca's many times but this was the first time I've tried the Brussels sprouts. It won't be my last. They were cooked to perfection - nice and crunchy. The prosciutto added just the right flavor to the already very tasty vegetable dish. I had the antipasti salad and my husband had the spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of sausages. He asked that the sausages be cut up on top but they were not. They brought him a knife, but it was a bit of a messy process. Everything was very good, as usual. Our only complaint is that they only serve family style meals, which makes it very pricey for a family of two. Of course we had lots of leftovers, but by the next day the salad is pretty wilted and the Brussels sprouts quite mushy. We'll wait to go again when we have family visiting that we can take with us. We'd also be able to try more of the food that way too. The place was probably not even half full, which is unusual for 6 PM on a Friday night. Maybe their prices are keeping others away too?

Birthday complete with singing servers. Enjoyed dinner with a party of 10 that took 10 minutes to get us seated with a reservation.
