Usually everything goes well, but this time the food took a long time, the waiter took a long time to come to the table, the air conditioning was freezing and the pasta came with little sauce. I was not satisfied.

Not sure if they were short staffed. We have always enjoyed Buca, but the service wasn’t great this time.

Manager is not very friendly. He had to help server with bill due to system problems and seemed aggravated.

Sat at the bar. Bartender very nice. Food was great. Had the apple fuji salad. And an appetizer. Always very good.

The Staff were very nice but the service was not too good. Waiter was too forgetful and easily distracted. He often forgot our drinks and other things. The food was fair.

Food came out quick and hot and was very good. They sat my party of 24 in the back where the AC was out and we did not notice until we left at the AC worked fine in the rest of the restaurant. It made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. We were all sweating and had to box our food up and leave quickly.
