I arrived for a 12:30PM reservation. I had a minimum amount of time to eat because I had a flight to catch. I sat down and waited. The restaurant had maybe 10 customers total dining in it. Maybe 10 minutes later a server came over and said she'd be right back. Maybe 5 minutes later a different server appeared and actually took my order. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca. The server came back about 5 minutes later to tell me that the saltimbocca "wasn't ready yet" despite the fact the restaurant had been open for 90 minutes. The server indicated I had to make another meal choice and I chose the chicken limone instead. What came out was pathetic. A piece of chicken that was maybe half the size of my phone and about 1/4" thick, coupled with cold, tasteless fettuccine. The chicken was completely unseasoned with the exception of a huge amount of salt. It had been cooked so long that it was very difficult to cook. The lemon sauce was watery and had very little taste. Eventually the server came back around to ask how my meal was. I told him it was pretty awful and he laughed, saying yeah, it was pretty bad. Inexplicably, he wandered off, still laughing. I was hungry and on a timeline, so I ate my meal. For that reason, I didn't ask for a discount... but I won't be back, ever. Awful food, bad service. No thanks.

We had amazing service for a group of 14!! Food was great + no issues with that. Billing was quick too!

I've been a long time Buca customer. Always enjoyed it but this visit, things seemed to slip in two ways. The food seemed to be a lesser quality than past visits and the prices certainly 'slipped' up. Way up. Still a nice place to have a group dinner but I feel there are now better options out there.

We were celebrating my fiancés birthday and our waitress Gwen was the so amazing. She made us feel so welcome and it was a great time. We will be back!!!

Great night celebrating our daughter's nursing school graduation. Our server, Gwen, went the extra mile and took great care of us!

Arrive hungry because there is a lot of food! Very tasty! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive! Suggested we all share, which we did and there were still leftovers! They sat us next to a party of 10 and it was quite noisy. Overall it was a nice place and we all will go back!

I had heard about Buca di Beppo for years and was always interested. When we went, while the atmosphere was nice the food was kind of bland, and I couldn't finish eating my portion of tiarmisu it was so tastless

We had our staff holiday luncheon at Buca. The food, service and atmosphere were exceptional. Our server, Kiran, was top tier. Extremely professional and knowledgeable in finalizing our orders.

Great service! Love the ambience. Wish there were different options as far as ordering goes, however. It was difficult with two people that have highly different tastes.
