We were seated 29 minutes past our reservation and our service was horrible and our food was cold.

We had a large group. We believe our server was assigned more than one large group at the same time. This resulted in very slow service. No offer of drink refills without specific requests. Food was good, as always.

After waiting an hour past our reserved time, we decided to find food elsewhere. The lobby was completely packed full of people that had had reservations for over an hour before. The bathroom had a sink overflowing, no toilet paper. Disaster. Will not return.

This venue is next door to Nationwide arena. They are not staffed enough to manage on event days at the arena. We had a 6.30pm booking, arrived at 6.20pm. Did not get seated until 7.10pm. The whole lobby area and bar area was packed with unhappy customers all waiting to be seated. The poor staff members there were nice enough, but clearly over their heads with the volume of bookings and walk ins. Once seated, you found that there were most tables empty, which just shows that it's a staffing issue. I would not recommend attending when an event is going on. That aside, the food was great, though it would be nice if they catered for groups of 2, as the cost of the sharing plates does not scale down well to 2. We new this ahead of time, but would be a nice option on event days at the arena next door.

Our reservations were at 630. We were not seated till almost 8. Food took forever to come out as well.

We were seated 35 minutes after our reservation time. Our server was great and the food was pretty fast. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our drinks until after we were done eating our salad and pasta. Just one of those nights.

I haven't been to this restaurant for a little while but this location specifically has gone downhill. We only chose it because if its location next to Nationwide Arena where we were seeing a concert. When we placed our order the server mentioned it may take some time for our drinks to arrive. He brought waters luckily and our salad came out if reasonable time, still no drinks, we finished our salad and our pizzas arrived, still no drinks, by this time we had ordered our drinks an hour before. Seriously? we didn't receive our drinks until AFTER WE WERE FINISHED WITH OUR MEAL (2 martinis, a moscow mule and a bottle of beer). Besides the moscow mule cup only being barely over 1/2 full, our 2 martinis were served in rocks glasses and tasted terrible. We asked for them to comp the drinks or credit our check and they said they couldn't but would give us $10 off our bill!! Really? Over $40 in drinks that we did not get until after we finished our meal and you can't credit our bill more than $10? It was not just our table the other tables around us did not have drinks either. Poorly managed and don't recommend going before a concert unless you just plan on drinking water.

No Toilet paper in any of the 3 stalls or in 2 paper towels dispensers of the women's room. Told waitress nothing done to resolved the problem. Sink was clogged only one was able to use. In Men's room urinal was down and no paper towels. Do Not go! Understand why they closed the Worthington location. Pretty sure this is next!!

Restaurant was super cool, I loved all the decorations. We had a group of 15 people and were easily accommodated. Our server was great and very patient with us. The food was yummy, I do wish the pasta sauces had just a bit more flavor. Unfortunately they were out of pizza dough when we went so we couldn’t get any pizzas so that left some of the kids in a bind over what to get. I do wish there was at least a few options of smaller portions like a side salad for picky people. However, I was totally satisfied with the food. I really enjoyed the family style dinner where everyone shared and had a little bit of everything. All in all a great place to dine
