Waited 45 minutes for drinks, food smelled like seafood/fish also food was no good, not one person finished anything that was on their plate and it had nothing to do with the sizes. Poor experience will never be back

We had a different Thanksgiving this year with some family being out of town so decided to go to Buca for there Thanksgiving dinner. $105 for 3 people ($35/person) was too much for the amount and quality. The turkey was thinly sliced and most of it was dry and hard. The other items included were fine but the quality was not worth the cost. We were bummed as we love Buca’s Italian meals.

We've gone to Buca di Beppo many times for an Italian feast on Thanksgiving. They never disappoint. We love the ambiance at the Columbus location, and all of the staff are always so friendly & accommodating. Great time & great food.

Continuing our Thanksgiving tradition, hubby and I returned to Buca di Beppo for a late lunch/early dinner. As always, the food was mighty tasty and the service was phenomenal! Nate was our server and he could not have done a better job. Thank you, Nate, for working today. You are appreciated!

Jamie was outstanding. She was joyful and gave us the best service we’ve ever received. So grateful for people like her. Made our experience so memorable. Will always return!!!

We had reservations but they were running pretty behind. The front area was pretty hectic and no one was really trying to help. Once we were finally sat, it took a while for anyone to come and take our drink order. Drinks took a while to come out, then took a while for our server to come back for our food order. Lots of dirty tables around us, no one was cleaning. Our food was delivered to the table luke warm. Would have probably tasted better hot and fresh. Overall we didn’t care for the experience and will probably be going someplace else nearby next time we are in the area.

Tyler was our server. He explained the menu and how to order. We were celebrating our anniversary and the food was excellent! We will define back!

We had a large family dinner and everyone was well fed. Just too back we couldn’t have had a round table instead of a long rectangle so we could talk better.

We were there at 4:45 on a Saturday for a dinner with our out of town children. The environment was loud and it was overwhelmingly hot. We sat there for an hour before we received our salad 30 mins later our appetizer. We were there for for 2 and a half hours before our food trickled out. The experience was the worst restaurant experience ever. It wasn't even that busy when we got there. I can't say enough how disappointing it was. I gave a star so I could go further with a review. I'll never go there again.
