Service was wonderful! We celebrated my daughters 15th birthday I was able to take my own cake and they where so accommodating to all of our entire party even tho a few where late, they where even kind enough to bring out her cake (the one I brought) on a beautiful cake stand so we can sing happy birthday and the staff sang their birthday song as we’ll ambience was very nice me and my family had a great time with delicious food and treated very well.

Took a while to attend to us, celebrating my mom 100 years old birthday, 14 guests waited 20 mins until server comes to our table to get our drinks, found a sticker on our food, looks like a vegetable tag - showed it to our server but nonchalant .. food was good taste although mildly cold already. I still love Bucca but the service needed improvement

I went with my girlfriend and her sisters who were visiting from out of the country. They were all comfortable with family style service. Service was good, and the food was good as well.

When we arrived, the hostess seemed preoccupied and less than happy to be there. The sever (Halley?) was very nice and moved us to a better table. But she was obviously overwhelmed as well as the kitchen. It took a long time to get drinks and bread. While the appetizer came fairly quickly, we didn’t get the salad or pelgrino until late in the meal so we wound up canceling them. Kudos to Halley for trying but it wasn’t our best experience.

At this location the food was mediocre at best. It was flavorless and cool....except the bread, that was fresh. For the cost you expect a better food & experience. Definitely had better from other Buca locations. IF this was our 1st time eating at this franchise, we would not return. The staff was talking loudly about management decisions, and bad mouthing some customers that they had just had. Very unprofessional. Disappointed.

It was Christmas so we were giving grace but we spent over two hours there waiting for food and drinks. The server seemed busy but also forgetful.

Ordered pizza and then we were told the kitchen was too backed up and it would be an hour which was disappointing and we had to change up our order. We then ordered a salad , spaghetti, garlic bread and chicken Marsala and the chicken came out before the salad. We had them return it to the kitchen and asked that they bring it out after the salad and with the spaghetti but when they did , food was lukewarm. We realize during the holidays it gets busy but we’ve been coming every year for the last few years and this was a first for mishaps.
