I Amore the Amore menu. Thank you for keeping it. Food is always delicious!!! This menu is great for 2 people especially 2 seniors on a limited budget.

One of the worst dining experiences we ever had. Within the first 5 minutes, our server told us Buca was going bankrupt - and I can see why. Service was awful. She seemed fairly new, so she didn't have really any knowledge of the menu. She didn't know the answer to any of our questions, such as whether kid's meals came with a drink. She also didn't do basic things, such as bringing us plates to share food, giving us any silverware, or refilling our drinks. After we waited about 50 minutes for our entree, we asked for an update. She said it should been up 5 minutes ago, let me check. She came back 15 minutes later and told us the chef said it went out 10 minutes ago, let me go check again. 10 minutes later she came back and said it was in the window, but someone inadvertently set it on the counter and the employees started eating it. What?! With 3 kids having sat there over an hour with no entree, we told her we have to leave. No manager came by. The entree was taken off our bill, but nothing else. Server apologized and offered to rub our feet. Again, what!? She offered a free dessert - but after waiting 10 minutes again we decided to leave. On the way out, she said she couldn't figure out how to put a free dessert in for us. Needless to say, awful experience. Not to mention their outrageous prices. I understand it's family style, but we paid $80 for 2 kids spaghettis, a salad, and garlic bread. Ridiculous. Won't be going back - you shouldn't either.

Had reservations, was seated on time. Service was great, food great. Was expecting to order a plate of turkey dinner didn’t know it was a package to purchase, email I received previously made it seem that you could order a turkey dinner plate. My husband was happy, he wanted Italian food. Only the two of us it worked out.

We were a party of 8 seated in a booth for a party of 6. I made my reservation very early in the Month at the Claimant location. We were very cramped, besides that everything was good.

When we arrived the Hostess did not even make eye contact. She mad us feel unwelcome and as if we were an inconvenience. It was a Holiday and the restaurant was packed. When you choose an employee to be the first face when you walk in, you should definitely know manners and be welcoming an approachable. She was not. After we were taken to our table the entire experience changed for the better. The server “Coffee” was wonderful and attentive. She made sure to answer all questions and made wonderful suggestions when asked. The food was delicious. We will definitely come back and hope that the Hostess will be in a more welcoming mood.
