One of the first things to notice is that the carpet is so worn down. The whole place is a little tired and could use a little spiffing up. It's known to be very noisy, but it was Christmas Day and not as crowded. We were grateful that they were open too. Our group was three women and a guy. Because we know about their "family style" eating, we asked about the portions. Our server said that the smalls served 3 people and the larges served five, approximately. I so wish she would have advised us to go with the small size because we ordered larges and had WAAAY too much food left over, but that's how they make their money. We ordered the mozzarella garlic bread, which is awesome! Also ordered Fettuccine Alfredo which was really good. Lastly, we ordered a Margarita (sp) pizza. It was our least favorite of the meal. The sauce was okay and the sauce and cheese ran off the pizza. Also, the plates they give you are ridiculous. It's about the size of a salad plate but it's oval so you can't fit a lot of food on them, even though they bring you a lot! I asked for a bigger plate and was told that those are their serving plate. Sheesh. We went there because it was open on Christmas Day and wasn't overly expensive. I doubt we'll be back. All in all, it was just okay.

Worst dining experience of my life. Over $200 for horrific food and terrible service. I’m not sure how it’s possible to mess up spaghetti and pizza, but somehow, they managed to. This place should be shut down. This was my daughter’s birthday dinner. What a complete and utter disappointment.

I can see why Buca di Beppo is going bankrupt. They continue to spiral downhill. The prices increase while the portions get smaller. Their $20 discount codes are a scam. A small portion of entree is $40 and a small salad costs $30. I would say that the food is good, but overpriced for the quality and the quantity. Maybe it was just our server, but the service was mediocre with the server forgetting things basic to any meal.

We went to Buca because my brother had given us four $25 gift cards at the beginning of the year. After we were seated, we were informed by our waitress (who was great) that the restaurant did not honor the Best of Italy cards. We ended up having to pay the bill for dinner even though we were expecting to use our gift cards. Why are the cards being sold if they are not being honored? My brother is also out $100 because the gift cards are useless since there is only one Buca left where we live (Campbell, CA). Other than that, our server was nice and the food was good.

This is my new go to spot for large family gatherings! We had a room to ourselves for our party of 15. It’s so nice to be able to get up and walk around so you can visit with everyone. The food was fantastic and the price was very reasonable . You can even make these reservations in the Open Table app so nice to have an affordable low stress option with fantastic food and fun ambiance.

Their was mold in my bread when I told them , the cook told the waiter oh it’s not mold it’s just frozen and when we take it out it looks like that, no it wasn’t it was mold I was trying to get a free meal I just didn’t want to get sick. I was really sad to see that because I love their food

Bucca Si Beppo has gone down hill, the food is just not as good as it was 5 years ago. Today, there restaurant was almost empty at 1:30PM, yet it took so long for our waitress to show up at our table, more than once. It’s a shame the food quality has gone down.
