Tuve una pésima experiencia en el lugar. Desde la mala atención de la recepcionista (incluso teniendo reserva confirmada y habiendo llegado a horario). Los camareros poco cordiales (hasta te revoleaban los ojos). La comida medio pelo. Cara al pedo. Demasiado calor y ruido en ese lugar. Teníamos vouchers que nos habilitaban a VIP seating (cosa que no tuvimos) y supuestamente a un appetizer sin cargo, que al principio nos obligaban a pedir 2 entrées para acceder al appetizer sin cargo y cuando ya habíamos pedido la comida, nos dijeron que teníamos el appetizer sin cargo, por lo que terminamos con un montón de comida para 2 personas que, por supuesto, no pudimos terminar. Lo peor de todo es que yo elegí ese lugar porque era mi cumpleaños y me habían dicho que allí te daban alguna atención especial si festejabas tu cumpleaños. Hacía más de un mes que tenía la reserva. Por supuesto que no tuvieron ninguna atención ni nada más que decirme "Feliz cumpleaños". Horrible experiencia. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto. Un desastre.

Staff friendly and burger was tasty. 60 dollars for two soft drinks and two burgers.

It was fine. Service was a bit weird. Food was about what you would expect from a busy Times Square chain restaurant.

Es war mal wieder ein tolles Erlebnis mit sehr leckerem Essen. Die Cocktails waren auch spitze.

Cute themed restaurant but don't expect to be wowed by the food. Shrimp on salad was overcooked and dry and raspberry dressing was overly sweet. My daughters chicken fingers also very overcooked and dry. Convenient location and nice wait staff.

I think the food was okay. Portions were small for the price but that’s given since it is located in Times Square. Service was amazing. Danielle was so sweet and very knowledgeable of the movie and the menu. She made the experience better.
