I never write reviews, but this was the worst service we have ever had. We went for the first time on a Saturday, server came by took our drink and food order, another employee brought our food. We asked our server for another side sauce and she said she didn’t have time to get it. My husband went downstairs and asked for more sauce. Our server never came back and we were going to order another round of drinks…that didn’t happen, food was just ok, nothing to write home about. There were two tables next to us, one had about 10 people and one has 4 at the bar, they all eventually got up and left because the server never came by. Lost customers for sure.

Very short staffed but our server was hustling. Very polite and doing his best.

Great customer service The server was very pleasant & professional Food was horrible as in taste & food was Luke warm we had to ask server to heat food up. I would never go back to eat.

A lot of time to serve like 35 minutes, Bubba Gump in denver only have a few employees

Absolute worst experience ever. The wait was extremely long even though we had reservations and they were not busy. The wait staff, especially John, were very disorganized which caused the food to be delayed. We waited for over an hour to be served and even at that there were multiple mistakes. I asked to talk to the manager only to get a reply that, “he was too busy”. After my persistence the manager finally stoped at our table to no avail. He was not helpful and offered absolutely no resolutions. The best part about this experience was walking out the door.

Awful visit. Sleep were seated promptly but them not a knowledged for about 10 minutes. Waiter finally came by with water, no introduction, no greeting, just stood there so we started ordering after a minute. Drinks took another 10 minutes to come out. Food came about another 10 minutes. My chicken was so overcooked including barely bite it. My sons hamburger came with cheese, even though when ordering he was clear, NO cheese, he repeated it twice. We ended up asking them to remake it and our server was visibly annoyed. The hamburger came about the same time the rest of us were finishing and it was practically bleeding. So disgusting. My son just ate what he could, we didn't have it in us to wait any longer. Upon leaving we stopped in the gift shop where apparently no one works and waited around again for about 15 minutes to get checked out. The location was convenient and I don't expect much from the chicken in a seafood place, but the service here just completely ruined the experience. I felt like I was bothering them at every turn for the most basic things. They were not busy so no excuses at all for the poor service. I won't return here the next time I'm in denver.
