Bryne BYOB is located adjacent to the Cape May Bridge at South Jersey Marina. Vice President of the Kara Restaurant Group, Owner George Brannon and Chef Joe Mathis have curated a coastal-inspired menu with fresh local ingredients. Our uniquely compiled brunch and dinner menus in accompaniment of dining on the bay ensure an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

Bryne BYOB is the newest restaurant to the Kara Restaurant Group family; which also includes George's Place-(Cape May, Cape May Court House, Wildwood Crest, Rio Grande) Shamone, The YB, Vintage, Petunia, Michael Kara Catering, Venturini Events, Kara Produce and Restaurant Punk.

There will be a $20 per person fee for brunch and a $45 per person fee for dinner for any cancelations made the same day as reservation or a no-show.

Please note we are unable to accommodate children under 10 after 5pm.

James was phenomenal. Explained menu, made great recommendations and was very attentive to our needs. Very knowledgeable about the menu and area.

Just simply wonderful. James our waiter was spectacular. The orders were perfect and his councel selecting apps and entrees was spot on. The food, Crab Cakes, boneless Short Ribs and the Porterhouse, shared by 2 diners was out of this world. We will be back, again and again.

Our small family dined at Byrne tonight and the service was outstanding. Our waiter, James was the best- helpful with any questions, nice and attentive. He even offered to take a family photo, so sweet. This is our 2nd time at Byrne and the food was delicious both times. We ate outside and had a nice view. Music is great too, creates a nice ambiance. Our new favorite restaurant and we have been to just about every restaurant in Cape May.

We really enjoyed our meal and LOVED how many gluten free options there were. The watermelon salad appetizer was huge and delicious! We also really enjoyed the scallops and pork belly, but wish the garlic confit was cooked more. It was still pretty raw, unfortunately. But still good overall. The crabcakes and short ribs were also delicious. We also had the duck fat fries on the side which were fine, nothing to brag about. Wish we had room for dessert though!

It’s a lovely spot. Dine outside if you can. You’re right on a lagoon with boats behind you. Food is terrific. Service was slow our last time there. But overall a very nice spot.

they had the doors open and so we were constantly swatting flies around our food. We were going to sit outside, but we’re concerned about it being too buggy so it’s why we chose to sit inside, it didn’t seem to matter much. The food is presented beautifully and it was good. There were a few hiccups however, when our guest ordered the egg sandwich with bacon it was mile high served on toast and on a wooden board, it was not cut so when he cut it so he could at least pick it up the egg yolk ran all over the woodboard down over the edge onto the tablecloth. I would think if they were going to serve it the way they did they would have put it on a plate not a flat board that had no edge to catch all the yolk as it poured out., Maybe they just didn’t cook the egg long enough and that was supposed to be well done I’m not sure.
