BRVTVS is a contemporary space where you can come for breakfast, a drink, a meal, or to enjoy the more energetic and friendly atmosphere later in the evening weekends where the vibe changes very quickly with the DJs spinning their perfect vinyl playlist to set the mood.

Music is at the heart of BRVTVS and it's the ideal place to share it through a soul, rare groove, modern funk and disco vinyl selection.

BRVTVS takes quality food, drinks & music seriously, giving the idea of welcoming customers in a warm environment with attention to every detail. The idea is to recreate, in a modern variety, the dishes of Italian traditional cuisine, that until a few decades ago were everyday’s food and drink in Italy. A great way to experience the Italian style of eating with simple and genuine recipes.

Pasta and cheese lovers, listen up! Brvtvs announces its "PASTA DALLA FORMA"! A unique preparation method where freshly cooked pasta is then finished in large cheese wheels before being served. Every Wednesday night we serve a special pasta from a hollowed out a cheese wheel (Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano or Sardinian Pecorino), paired with a glass of Prosecco. A unique authentic Italian experience in Marlow that introduces traditional recipes will transport you straight to Italy's culinary heart. Nothing is better than dinner and a show, especially when the show is your plate of tasty pasta being tossed in a cheese wheel right in front of your eyes. Next Wednesday 4th: "La Carbonara". First time here and place itself was great - When you’re sat there it’s easy to forget you’re in Marlow and there’s a cool little bar too. Our waitress was fast & friendly and the menu although not particularly big (only 4 pasta dishes) has some nice stuff in it. We had the Calamari (good) and Burrata (fantastic) to start. For mains we ordered the Arrabbiata and steak. The latter was the problem. Usually I never order steak in an Italian restaurant; It’s just not usually that great. I fancied steak though so I went for it. It was a rib-eye and at £35 the most expensive thing on the menu. It was really disappointing. Basically a thin minute-steak literally swimming in oil - all over the steak itself and running onto the plate. Waves of the stuff were coming off as I tried to use my knife to get rid of it but it couldn’t save it - It was just so greasy. It was a really cheap bit of meat and no way worth that money - Not like any rib-eye I’ve ever had. It came with roast herby potatoes that were really nice, but the meat was dreadful. Who drowns a steak in oil? Of course, being a Brit I smiled politely and said it was great when the waitress asked how dinner was - I should have really brought it up. My wife said the Arrabiatta was great (it looked very good) and the broccoli I ordered as a side was good too. Didn’t do dessert as we both thought a tenner for Tiramisu is a bit rich and all that oil swimming about in my stomach put me off any more food. We’d definitely go back for dinner (just not the steak), and might try it for drinks too as they’ve got a decent cocktail menu. With some at £18 though probably not going to get too many… All in all Brutus is a nice place - Nice staff, good atmosphere. Some of the stuff is a bit on the expensive side (even for Marlow) but it’s a nice place.

I was really disappointed with the service overall we seemed to annoy the staff by asking for service never asked if we wanted any more drinks and when I asked for the bill the waitress rolled her eyes at us! On a positive note food was enjoyable

Really lovely early evening dinner, pizza choice was innovative, a change from the run of the mill toppings and delicious. Beloved's lobster pasta was great, too. And the fried courgettes were so good we got the recipe to recreate at home!

What a lovely summer evening. A gorgeous small restaurant that had a lovely atmosphere, buzzy warm and friendly. Service was lovely and pizzas were fab! We will definitely be back.

Really lovely meal at Brvtvs, Marlow with my husband on Saturday. I had tuna tartare to start which was just perfect. My main was the daily special; lobster tagliatelle in a tomato, garlic and chilli sauce. The half lobster was cooked beautifully as was the fresh, homemade pasta although the sauce was a little spicy for me. We had some toasted thinly sliced focaccia on the side, drizzled with olive oil. My husband had the tiramisu to finish and said it’s the best one he’s ever had by a long shot. Authentic Italian drink selection of beers and wines, plus a few traditional cocktails. Wonderful service and lovely setting. They had the front windows open due to the heat which was nice but the road is busy so it was quite noisy. The quality of the food was very good and I’d highly recommend. Just bear in mind it’s not cheap. I was a little taken aback at the lobster pasta dish coming in at £38 which I thought was a bit steep but it was very tasty!

Amazing food ! Everything was delicious, service was great, even the music would have been really nice if the dj wasn’t putting the sound so loud !
