Take a quick ride up Needles Gondola to 8,700 feet above sea level to be greeted with an array of delicious options. Our culinary team provides only the freshest local ingredients made ready through our community-supported agriculture partnerships. Each week the menu is adjusted slightly to make way for the very freshest ingredients and the chef’s creative inspirations which are showcased across a grand buffet, while culinary experts dazzle you with their composed dishes. This is one of those summer bucket list items you have to try in northern Utah.

Took my wife out for our anniversary. Even though we arrived on time for our reservation we were told to wait as too many walk ins had come before. Greeter was very cold when asking where the bathroom was while we waited. After we had sat down we were not served beverages for 10 minutes, and after ordering a coffee another 10. We got a mimosa flight which took another 15. The food was decent but not worth the price. A one-and-done experience for sure.

Beautiful setting and lovely experience. Just a couple quirks - the price of the gondola ride is factored into your brunch fixed price. It would be nice if they could decouple that or make a discount rate for pass holders. Servers are very nice and good but have to cover a lot of tables and you are left waiting for a while for beverage requests. Is it that big of a deal to let someone get Eggs Benedict with an heirloom tomato on the side? Apparently at Snowbasin it is, the tomato is reserved for only Eggs Benedict Florentine and the chef would get in a lot of trouble for giving you a tomato at a buffet brunch?!

Worst brunch ever. Lines at stations too long to wait. Food old or cold. Price was insane. Tram or not, service was slow and forgetful. Did not replace silverware had to keep asking. Server Seemed too hurried to even get everyone's drinks or bring creamer for the coffee. Eggs Benedict was disgusting. Barely steamed eggs in a shell with iced down hollandaise is not the same as a poached egg. Pastries were obviously from a package. Gross. Totally disappointing. Don't bother. Take the tram up and pack a brunch.

Service was great! Food was cold on several items such as the Spinach Frittata, Prime Rib and potatoes. The waffles were yummy and hot. It was a nice experience just wish some of the food wasn’t cold.
