I used to go to this brunch every week when it was at brass rail and it was always great. I would come again they just need more waitresses they took to long with orders

The atmosphere was good, only issue the fans and air made it very cold. Wish they could turn on low. Prior to the club getting packed. My entire party were freezing at the time. The food was delicious, plated well. DJ kept the fun mood going, for dancing. The waitress Malayssia was excellent with follow up suggestions, explaining how the bill is paid, checking back in to see how the party was doing and asking if anything else was required. The scene set for the bar was nice. My man was surprised with the cake and the flashing billboard that came out right on time. We were very satisfied with the service overall. Prior to us attending the Chuck VS Adidas event. Annex is the place to attend for good food and fun entertainment. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Annex was cool, the four is mediocre, there were out of all mixers for the champagne towers except orange juice,

I was kind of disappointed in the service I received. I was there to celebrate my birthday and I honestly don't think I would come back. My table order was messed up multiple times. Food orders were forgotten as well as drinks. One person in my group ordered lamb chops and they never told us they ran out. I really expected more from this business.

Customer service was horrible the waitress never communicated with us I had to ask her 10 times to order food and drinks again waited 45 mins to get food on a 2 hour limit at the booth then once we got food the waitress comes and say ur time is up and time to move manager is horrible she’s rude and no ppl skills she don’t listen when trying to explain all they care about is getting as many ppl they can in and out without good customer service food was cold and nasty chicken had the fat on strips a waste of time and money DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY THERE……… Don’t waste ur time

The waitress screwed up the food orders for 4 people at our table. Didn’t want to correct her error and have the food remade - chose to go back and forth with us. Had to get a manager involved who rectified the matter. Which then prolonged the time it took for us to get our food and eat it. Keep in mind there is a 20% gratuity. 2 hour reservation, they will make you get up mid meal, refuses to reseat you EVEN if you have a second reservation for later in the day. Terrible service from all parties. The party portion was a Good vibe tho.
