The hamburger is over 100 years old. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. BRU is an ode to our love….the Burger. Paired with a beer, we can’t imagine what could be much better. Join us at BRU Burger Bar. We look forward to serving you! BRU Burger Bar is proudly operated by Cunningham Restaurant Group.

Reservations are highly recommended for weekends. We will hold your reservation spot for 10 minutes past the reserved time before moving on.

Another great experience. Menu is delightful from sandwiches to salad. They always have our reservations ready and very little waiting if any.

Excellent Patty Melts. Too much to eat, so half was lunch the next day. Salad was very good.

I would have given Bruburger more stars but who runs out of Chardonnay??? Never had that happen at a restaurant!!!!! “Sorry, we ran out of Chardonnay “ 😳😳

Go to Bru Burger if you like amped up burgers! There are lots of options, including customizable burgers. The salads are delicious as well! I have always had great service regardless at which Bru I'm at! Eat here! You won't be sorry!

I asked for a simple Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and ketchup and mustard on the side. I didn’t get that and I was afraid to complain because I was in a business meeting. The slaw was dried out and the waitress simply did not care. When I placed my order, she didn’t listen to a thing I said. Also, the sandwich looked like it was dumped in grease before it was served! HORRIBLE! Will never go back!

We were a large party of eight and a baby, but the room was very loud and service was very slow and we had to keep asking for things like little plates for our appetizer and one of our party didn’t get his drink we had to ask twice. I’ve given the Carmel location two tries, and I’ve been disappointed on both of them. The location downtown is fabulous, but I won’t return to the Carmel one or recommend it.

This is a habit to meet friends here. The service is always fantastic. The value is over the top. I can never eat a complete bourbon burger with fries and a cold draft beer. My wife enjoys the gorgonBarrysalad adding the salmon!!! A glass of wine makes her ready to reschedule!!!
