After making a reservation on Open Table, and planning my travel time and parking to ensure I arrived on time, I was shocked to find the restaurant closed due to a private function. This is not the first time the restaurant has been a disappointment. It was also frustrating to find no easy way to complain that day. The message on Open Table said that no messages could be left “while dining”.

I particularly want to give a shout out to our server who checked for food allergens and made lemonade from scratch because you didn't carry it. He was so thoughtful and efficient and really made the experience outstanding.

After sitting down and attampting to order, the server told me that the things I wanted from the menu were no longer available. She said the menu on the hotel website had not been revised and that that version was out of date. Having no other optionsfor dinner choices, I left the resturaunt.

My wife and I book a date date night for Valentine’s Day and we ate off of the Valentines menu. The Staff was very nice and very efficient. We found that the fish course was over cooked and tough to eat, and the dessert had a sauce that was not very good (likely a sugary drizzle sauce) but most everything else was really good. We didn’t ask to have any food remade, it was a packed house and it was edible, just not excellent. Thank you.

Sadly we had a very bad experience. It was very expensive alas the food was not good. They bring you main dishes 2 mins after bringing the starters without any apologies. They bring you the bill 1 min after bringing the dessert. Nothing special at all

We have eaten at Brown's Stockyard Exchange on Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is nice to find a restaurant that offers a "traditional meal" or the regular menu on these special dates. Everyone was able to order something they enjoyed. The server was very busy but kept a great attitude and food was delivered in a reasonable time.

We had reservations for Thanksgiving evening. We had the choice to order a traditional Thanksgiving dinner or order from a different menu. We all ordered different meals from the regular menu and enjoyed them all, including deserts. It was nice to find a new place to eat that had a menu that pleased everyone.
