If you know you know!! On the advice of a Facebook group we ventured to a modest strip mall in Ossining to spend $$$ on a seafood tasting menu. And it was a wow. We had the Brothers tasting and it was extraordinary. From the first taste taste of cerviche to the last morsel of strawberry dessert we were tantalized by the tastes and preparation. Go go go.

Delighted that we finally gave this a try with some 'foodie' friends. This was a very pleasant surprise. The service was friendly and excellent. When we asked about two of the Portuguese wines on the wine list. The waitress brought us a sample of each to help us decide. Just that deserves an extra star for service We had two appetizers: the lobster tostones and a special bacalhau. They we both delicious. We tried three of the entrees on the menu. The risotto with lobster had nice chunks of lobster on an al dente risotto with gruyere, the crab cakes with a small salad and the fish and chips. All three of the entrees were done very well. We all agreed we will be again!

The magic that Chef Elmer brings to his restaurant is evident in his quality of ingredients, creativity in methods, and artistry in plating. Most delicious preparation of seafood that mixes taste, texture, and aroma, a true sensory experience. We had the restaurant week menu but have also tried the tasting menu. The experience at Brothers is much more than just eating a meal it is dining theater. You will not find a more caring, passionate chef! A must go to spot in Ossining.

This was our first time dining at Brother’s Fish & Chips and it was such an amazing experience. It was restaurant week so we got to enjoy several different options that the restaurant offered. Everything was delicious. Our top picks were the ceviche, fish & chips, shrimp with black ink coconut rice, octopus over yellow rice, and coconut flan. Everything was superb! We will definitely be back and look forward to trying the tasting menu in the future!

Brothers is the place to eat, the space is absolutely beautiful intimate and inviting. The food is incredible, tuna was delicious and never had anything like that before. The crabcakes were truly amazing, drinks / the English was perfectly curated, and wine / Grenache delicious. What we really liked, is that we feel like it was personal and private dining. Every person who served us was amazing, chef is so talented and professional and easy to talk to for choices based on our personal taste. Amazing dining venue.
