We were sat on the outside patio but the outdoor fans from the buildings were too loud for us to enjoy the moment so we asked to be moved and they were quick and swift about moving us. I would suggest using that area as an overflow area.overall nice!

The young lady at check-in needs retraining. No customer service experience. However, my waiter was outstanding!

Went for the first time and noted it was for my 40th Birthday on reservation, but casual, not the main celebration. It was not crowded at all, only a couple people there, but it was like you had to have a reservation or there was a question by the hostess... had a reservation though. Was seated. The ambience was nice, dark, cool vibe... the waitress was nice and explained the menu and gave recommendations. I opted for the braised short rib bao buns and the broiled red snapper. The other guest in my party opted for spinach salad, duck tacos, and chicken fried rice. The bao buns were ok, had a sloppy joe type of flavor though the beef was tender, just would've preferred a better flavor and seasoning. They were 19 bucks for 3 buns, which is reasonable for City. The red snapper was a big whole fish, they deboned it at the table. I think the could've actually let the skin crisp a lil more and season the inside of it. The seasoning wasn't evenly distributed. That was 89 bucks itself. It was alright but I would not get it again. The salad my sister got was good portion, she enjoyed it and the fried rice. She didn't like the duck tacos. Overall, I would not return if I'm back in NYC. Maybe only if someone else wanted to go and I would oblige their desire and try something else from the menu. They didn't do any type of birthday acknowledgement except the hostess when checking in. When asking the waitress, she said if we ordered dessert, then they would just put a sparkler on it. Meh...
