There is always room for improvement hence my metrics. And as a certified restaurant manager, a former Front Office and Guest Services manager at a 5star resort, the service was great. From your hostesses to your servers and everyone else, they were very attentive and pleasant. You had the best lychee Martini in the whole of NYC (my opinion). The food was well prepared and came out hot so i enjoyed my meal to the fullest; it was tasty and filling. I had to ask for a to go bowl for myself and my date…lol Only a few minor observations though. There were a few different servers coming to our table at the beginning which we assumed was our server until our actual server arrived 15 mins later to introduce himself. During our meal we saw our server one other time and had to ask for our bill to another server. He then dropped it, picked it up a few mins later but then didnt return to our table with the change until I asked. He then informed me that a personnel from the bar will carry it to us. Something I think could have been set forward to us before leaving the table so that we wont have to be looking at him expectantly that he is coming back soon. Needless to say that we were trying to beat the rain so we were really in a bit of a rush. All together, we had a great time and loved this restaurant. I actually prefer this location than BK. Kudos to the team!

The food was great. We were seated in the back room addition, which I think puts guests out of sight and out of mind. Our server was not as attentive as they could have been, we were missing utensils and had to request water refills.

I did not love this place. The service and ambience were amazing. The food was just ok. I didn’t love my food. I had duck tacos and a lobster and avocado salad. If i return it will only be for drinks. 2 people in our party enjoyed the lamb chops. They also said the noodles were good.

The waitstaff was not attentive, no follow up, didn’t clear table after each course. If you’re not a pretty single woman, forget about service.

This was my second time here. This time was not a great time. We waited way too long for our food.. the table cloths were stained and they started playing music way too loud in that little room on the second level and the speaker was right above our table. We had to ask twice for them to turn the music down. There was also a huge tear in the flooring near our table that you could trip over. I don’t know if this was just a bad day or if they have fallen off. The front desk young lady isn’t as professional as she should be and that young lady along with someone in a suit who I’ll assume was a manager or a supervisor had a conversation about one of the workers needing tampons.. definitely not a conversation I should have heard but if you have conversations like that at the front desk customers standing around waiting to be seated may hear it.

We had an amazing time celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday at BK chop house. The food was delicious, the place was a vibe, & the hostess/staff were so polite! Would definitely recommend.
