The food was great. We were seated in the back room addition, which I think puts guests out of sight and out of mind. Our server was not as attentive as they could have been, we were missing utensils and had to request water refills.

I did not love this place. The service and ambience were amazing. The food was just ok. I didn’t love my food. I had duck tacos and a lobster and avocado salad. If i return it will only be for drinks. 2 people in our party enjoyed the lamb chops. They also said the noodles were good.

The waitstaff was not attentive, no follow up, didn’t clear table after each course. If you’re not a pretty single woman, forget about service.

This was my second time here. This time was not a great time. We waited way too long for our food.. the table cloths were stained and they started playing music way too loud in that little room on the second level and the speaker was right above our table. We had to ask twice for them to turn the music down. There was also a huge tear in the flooring near our table that you could trip over. I don’t know if this was just a bad day or if they have fallen off. The front desk young lady isn’t as professional as she should be and that young lady along with someone in a suit who I’ll assume was a manager or a supervisor had a conversation about one of the workers needing tampons.. definitely not a conversation I should have heard but if you have conversations like that at the front desk customers standing around waiting to be seated may hear it.

We had an amazing time celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday at BK chop house. The food was delicious, the place was a vibe, & the hostess/staff were so polite! Would definitely recommend.

6:30 reservation on a Thursday. Person on front door was unfriendly. Did not greet any of the individuals entering the restaurant. Was irritated when I asked him a question, because it took him away from the conversation he was having with his buddy. Interesting process to determine who sits in certain locations. Drinks, mid at best. Ordered the same drink twice it was made differently each time. Others were not impressed with their drinks either. None of the food was hot. Several items were very good. Positives was the server in training. She was very attentive. Sadly it appears it is a shared tip system. I could not tip her separately. Other than the server, the bok choy and the lamb chops it was not a great experience. The food was not a good value for the price. Spent 560.00, plus 143 tip (extra thrown in because of the server.) I will try again but definitely not on my first choice list.

Our serve was very rude. We did not recurve our food until hour and half later. It was cold. Our waiter never came to check on us. When we asked for the manager she never went and got them. I had to walk back to the front desk for service. When the host was trying to assist the waiter pushed the host along in mid conversation the host was having with me. They never brought out my wife birthday cake. Another waiter asked did I want her to take the food back downstairs and microwave it since it came out cold. They boxed everything up and the bill was 219 dollars after the horrible customer service and food experience.
