Overall it is a great place for fun and sports. However, I ticked the box for “Business Meeting” and wanted to be upstairs for lunch. We were told that upstairs was closed so we were put downstairs where it was far too noisy. There were 9 people in our group and we couldn’t hear each other.

The service was absolutely shocking. Usually a great spot for lunch but on this occasion it was dreadful. Won’t be returning for a while. It took 35 minutes to get three drinks and order food.

Service was painful, waiter understood very little English, made it quite frustrating as kept coming back and asking and checking everything... No blinds in window so sun shining right in made it uncomfortable. Having said that they were in no way unpleasant.

Great service! The food was poor. Broadleaf should offer more food options with the bottomless.

Very enjoyable meal and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately for them the gas was off so limited the food options. Will definitely be back

We went to watch the NZLvWAL game, and were expecting it to be busy, which it was. What I wasn't expecting was the staff to be in such complete disarray. Of the dozen or so staff who were working, only two appeared to be waiting tables/taking food orders, the remainder standing behind the bar. They had one guy who was only glass collecting, as though it were a Friday night. We waited 30 minutes for coffees, and then a further 15 minutes for our food, which was truly dismal. The menu looked great, but the dishes themselves were mediocre at best. I mentioned our wait to the manager, who excused it by saying "we're very busy". Of course, but you opened early specifically for the Rugby World Cup, behaving as though it's a surprise that people have showed up expecting food is pretty poor. Shame, because the set-up in terms of screens etc. is really good.
