Came for my daughters belated birthday (14). Everything was great, as usual. Service (they gave her a free desert), ambience, drinks. Only minor blemish was the image of my Pork Tenderloin special showed mashed potatoes & no mushrooms. Dish came with no mashed potatoes and lots of mushrooms. Was still delicious, but usually not much of a mushroom fan. No biggie. We’ll be back! Thx!

we had brunch outside with friends. The wait staff was attentive, and the ambiance of looking out over the lake and the food made for a perfect visit.

This is our 2nd visit to Brix. Based on the experience we had, possibly our last visit. Not sure what is going on here with the staff… but our server completely blew us off once a big party of parents showed up outside..We sat for 15 minutes before anyone stopped to offer us even a water! Another server offered more water to the table next to us.. and completely ignored us when we asked for waters on a 90 degree day. We were asked if we wanted another round of lemonades, we said yes.. and 20 mins later.. no lemonades. Went looking for our server who ended up being outside with the larger party of parents.. the person we asked for help waved her in.. so she finally came over and just walked up and said, very defensively, “ I put your order in.. they are just really busy!” No apology, no anything. I told her to cancel the order and please bring our check. She said she would bring the check.. Then she blew us off for another 15 mins!! She had the audacity to stand right next to us at the adjacent table and take their new order and left us sitting waiting yet again. Then we watched her and another server get snippy with each other when another server brought out our canceled drinks.. We were ready to go!!! We finally got our check and as we walked out past the bar, saw some very unhappy bartenders complaining and saying..” if we had the right tools, we wouldn’t be so far behind!”. Clearly an employee issue going on here. This was not a pleasant experience by a long shot and the employees don’t take care of their patrons. Our daughter just worked for a golf club this summer and everyone took care of everyone.. No patrons are left sitting waiting. They need to get their acts together here and lose the employees who are out for only their table and not willing to help a customer asking for help.. regardless if it’s “their table”. Learn to serve your customers. You got 10% tip more than you should have… to our female server with the top knot hair bun 9/6 @ 5pm. Disgrace

Always a favorite. We eat here at least once or twice a month. The staff is terrific.

Unfortunately, the service was very slow and not good. A lunch for 4 took almost 2 hours. Waited a long time to have someone come take our order. No one checked in along the way and I had to track someone down to pay. We were not in a hurry but this was definitely not a good experience. Food is good but not good enough to go back and deal with the service.

Worst experience ever. If you order unlimited drinks make sure you don’t stop eating or the promo ends. Our waitress ghosted us and never refilled any drinks while there. Won’t be going back

My husband and I go here for brunch and the food is incredible along with the service. Our server was so attentive and friendly. Great variety of cocktails and eggs Benedict’s. My husband had the crab and rock shrimp omelet and it was delicious with so much seafood stuffed into it. We were also given complimentary sugared donuts with jam. We had such a lovely time and will definitely come back again!

We had great service! Our waiter was pleasant and suggested items, food was excellent and the price is so great for what you get.
