BRIX is set in an 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge only minutes from The Tate Modern, Bankside & Borough Market.

The space is split across our main Dining Hall, our Lounge Bar, private Dining Rooms and our late night Basement Bar.

Our vision is to showcase great British seasonal and sustainable produce. Inspired by the Steak & Smoke houses of New York’s Meatpacker District and Brooklyn’s all day dining scene. We offer "Gourmet Street food", aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch & Bespoke Cocktails.

We also offer Private Dining, Exhibitions, All Day Dining, Hot Desks, Album launches, Film Screenings, weekly DJ’s and live events surrounded by a revolving collection of Street Art, all available for purchase by our Patrons.

Good quality food and a nice location near London Bridge station. We were the only people in the restaurant, which did diminish the atmosphere, but a nice footprint. My main gripe is that the mayonnaise and ketchup was served in sachets, which was disappointing. It didn’t reflect the quality of the food and as someone with hand tremors, they were very hard to open and I had to use a knife to get any sauce. An easy fit, so I hope that feedback is actioned as I would like to return.

Food was lovely. Service was great to start with but tailed off. Not enough staff so the ones who were there were really busy. We were asked about puddings but never received the menu. We asked for the bill which took ages and then waited a further 15 minutes to pay. Felt sorry for the staff so we paid the service despite everything. A shame as overall really liked the restaurant so would recommend.

A lovely space. Great vibes & impressive food. The menu is small but the taste was big, topped off with delightful service. I visited with my wife for our anniversary dinner & we were both thrilled. Will definitely be revisiting again.

We visited Brix on Sunday for a roast at dinner. the restaurant was quiet but still a good atmosphere/music. service was great as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. Roast was amazing, we were all really impressed with flavour, portion size and quality of meat/seasonings. we had a gluten free guest where the menu was explained clearly with lots of options! cocktails were great. unfortunately we were too full to try dessert but would definitely go back to try the other mains and dessert. I would recommend visiting Brix, we felt welcomed and were very impressed with the food!

Great food, great customer service and atmosphere with a mix range of clientele. Had a really lovely evening. Food was brilliant, staff very accommodating and friendly.

Most of the new menu is fantastic especially the hot olives. Service was lovely and we liked the birthday presentation of the cheesecake (thank you) and the corn ribs. Perhaps you can bring back the sharing platter? It used to be perfect for a pre-theatre supper before a show at the Menier Chocolate Factory.

Food was delicious. Cocktails were on point and the service we had from Lee was great! Managed to go at a less busy time as we know it can get real busy. Will definitely be returning

Best to avoid if you don't have a long time to dine. First off, brand new chef, new menu, Completely different to what we expected/booked. But a nice menu still. First people in the restaurant, drinks came quickly. Ordered starters to share for the table, 2 x pitta breads came our raw, 2 x pork skewers came out a little underdone for everybodies liking. Sent them back. Got 1 x pitta bread back quickly, then had to ask where the other things that were sent back about 20mins later. Pork came out, nicely cooked and tasted delicious. Octopus & croquettes also delicious. Drinks still flowing nicely at this point. Was then handed a desert menu, when we hadn't ordered mains, server very apologetic and swiftly took our mains order. Mains were all very nice. Only comment is that the prawns come completely in their shell and are covered in sauce. We had to ask for bowls to put shells in as plates aren't big enough. De-shelling the prawns took so long that by the time it they were ready to eat, they were a bit cold and there was hardly any sauce left, as it was all on the shells. Sides all nice, could have done with a little bit of seasoning. Then the long wait for drinks and desert. The baclava cheesecake is very nice and recommended. the accompanying coffees took nearly 30mins to come. The bill came and despite the hick ups along the way, nothing had been removed from the bill. I personally would have said something, but our foreign guests were paying and didn't want to cause any friction. Would I go back? Based on food, probably yes. But the amount of comments re slow service is more than just teething issues. Thankfully we were there for the evening and not under any pressure to leave. But if you are looking for a quick lunch or dinner, then you might struggle here.
