BRIX is set in an 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge only minutes from The Tate Modern, Bankside & Borough Market.

The space is split across our main Dining Hall, our Lounge Bar, private Dining Rooms and our late night Basement Bar.

Our vision is to showcase great British seasonal and sustainable produce. Inspired by the Steak & Smoke houses of New York’s Meatpacker District and Brooklyn’s all day dining scene. We offer "Gourmet Street food", aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch & Bespoke Cocktails.

We also offer Private Dining, Exhibitions, All Day Dining, Hot Desks, Album launches, Film Screenings, weekly DJ’s and live events surrounded by a revolving collection of Street Art, all available for purchase by our Patrons.

The service was beyond amateur. Nobody even took a drinks order for more than 30 minutes.

We're always disappointed with roasts and this was not the exception. We were going to have the beef but they only were serving medium or well done. The people next to us said the beef was dry but the chicken was good. They had left a lot uneaten... We ordered the pork belly and it was the worse pork belly we've ever had. The rind was still on, the pork was tough and obviously not slow cooked. The 'crackling' was the worst and was more like a puffed crisp. The 'roast' potatoes had some flavour but weren't crispy. The gravy was thin and lacking in flavour. The cabbage and carrots were tasty though. The waitress did ask how our meal was and we explained and she replaced the pork with the chicken which was tasty and nicely cooked. They forgot our wine and had to ask again what we ordered and it eventually came 5 mins into eating our mains. The best food was the starter we ordered of BBQ brisket croquettes. So it makes me wonder if it's just the roasts that they're not good at.

3 of us went to Brix on the spur of the moment and easily booked their current soft launch offer 3 hrs or so before arriving. We were warmly greeted by lovely Chris who made us feel at ease the whole time. As our booking was at 4.15 pm, we were not enormouly hungry and Chris took it in his stride that we wanted to share the octopus starter because we only wanted to taste it. Our mains were 2 Cornish soles and a hanger steak which we all enjoyed. The main dishes were not served with anything so we ordered 2 chips and 1 tenderstem broccoli. The sides' portions are on the small side but nice. We had a bottle of the red Sicilian merlot which was terrific. We were the only diners at that time. Chris was very attentive and regularly topped up our wine and chatted to us. All 3 of us felt we had a very relaxed and pleasant first time at Brix!

Great find. I received notification of this restaurants soft launch due to a new chef so my husband & I thought we'd try it. Positioned between Waterloo & London Bridge, it's easy to access. Was quiet for 6pm on a Friday but it had a great feel & the service was superb. We had 3 courses, and it was the best meal we've had in a while! The home-made pitta & dips to start, with a few small plates. For main, we chose short rib hummus & hanger steak, finished with a fabulous baklava cheesecake. Food is so simple but delicious. It has a basement bar complete with DJ set, which we hope to return to with friends. We would highly recommend, give it a try!

First time at BRIX but will definitely go again. Took some clients who really enjoyed it - very relaxed, good atmosphere and the relaxed but attentive service really made it. Good find

First time at Brix. No complaints about anything. The service was friendly, prompt and attentive. Food was delicious, good portion sizes and value for money.

The roast and wine were delightful! The portions were very generous, and the cauliflower cheese was absolutely delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed as I had expected a jazz band based on the "Soulful Sundays" promotion, but unfortunately, they didn’t show up!
