Know it was NYE, but the wait staff was not up to their usual level. Really felt it hurt the experience and our special evening

Holiday celebration with our family! The Bristol is always wonderful! Thank you for a great dinning experience. Side note: You should be closed on Christmas Day so your wonderful staff can enjoy the holiday.

Service was fantastic! We were there at 530 on a Sat and the noise level was perfect. I could see it being very loud in there though. The food was outstanding. We had steak and multiple seafood items. Oh and dumplings for an appetizer and creme brulee for dessert. Pricey but very much worth it

We went on Christmas Day, a predictably busy night. The service was slow; we had to get up from the table and go to the bar for our second round of drinks. The food was really good, but was not hot when it arrived. For a pretty expensive dinner ($450 for 4 including drinks and tip), it just wasn’t a 5 star experience - the food was really tasty though… just a bit tardy.

Service was excellent. Sides were ok. My grits and potatoes that came with the lamb were cold.

As usual the best seafood restaurant in Kansas City. Service was especially Christmas Eve. Cocktails were great. Only glitch. Gran mariner should be served in a brandy snifter not a short glass. Otherwise perfect!!!
