The positive energy of the floor staff was unmistakable. Our server Omar and two other members of the team with whom we interacted - Adson (sp?) and Harold - were upbeat & personable (even late in the evening after a long day on New Year's Eve) and very efficient. Responsive without hovering. Mike and Brittany manage a wonderful venue and a terrific team. And the food! Really enjoyable blends of tastes & textures. The lobster bisque was stellar as always. The temperature of the prime rib (sadly, not a regular menu offering) that was ordered to be on the rare side of medium-rare was perfect. Very generous portions of the carrot cake, and the berry-flavored ice cream that is made in-house (!) was delicious. The cocktails from the bar were top-notch, as well. It might be obvious that we loved our experience at Bristol Seafood + Steak + Social this past New Year's Eve - just as we have every other visit we have made there.

Our waiter Oscar was very pleasant & really on top of his game. Dinner was perfectly paced & he followed up regularly. The ribeye & filet were incredible cuts of meat & perfectly prepared. Thanks Oscar & Bristol Chefs!

Know it was NYE, but the wait staff was not up to their usual level. Really felt it hurt the experience and our special evening

Service was fantastic! We were there at 530 on a Sat and the noise level was perfect. I could see it being very loud in there though. The food was outstanding. We had steak and multiple seafood items. Oh and dumplings for an appetizer and creme brulee for dessert. Pricey but very much worth it

We went on Christmas Day, a predictably busy night. The service was slow; we had to get up from the table and go to the bar for our second round of drinks. The food was really good, but was not hot when it arrived. For a pretty expensive dinner ($450 for 4 including drinks and tip), it just wasn’t a 5 star experience - the food was really tasty though… just a bit tardy.

Service was excellent. Sides were ok. My grits and potatoes that came with the lamb were cold.
