Our Dining Room and Patio are now open!!! WE ARE ALSO OFFERING CARRYOUT, CURBSIDE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY FROM 11:00 AM to 8 PM Monday thru Thursday, 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM Friday and Saturday, and 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday. We are also exited to announce the return of our family and friends' favorite - the Bristol Sunday Brunch buffet. Home of the Green Chili Wontons, Louisville’s favorite guilty pleasure, Bristol Bar & Grille has been the city’s neighborhood restaurant since 1977. Original menu dishes include the classic Bristol Burger and aged, charbroiled New York Strip steak as well as new favorites like Pork Dijonnaise and Theresa’s Sweet Chili Linguine. We source ingredients from local farmers. Certified Bourbon Stewards are on staff to guide diners on selection of Kentucky’s native spirit. Bristol Bar & Grille East is located at 300 North Hurstbourne Parkway, north of Shelbyville Road. Guests can opt to sit in the traditional dining room or the outside patio.

Always good. No surprises. A go to place for us. Good, casual place to meet up with friends and family for a meal.

Server never brought our salads, even told a fib when the meals arrived and we asked for salads that she generally brings the salad with the meal (false… salads are brought before the meal) and even after that fib she came back after many minutes and said the kitchen was behind so still no salads. Terrible. We are usually OK to give a pass on busy nights but the lie was disrespectful.

Had our annual Christmas luncheon, there were 4 of us. Our server was lovely! We had several gifts to dispense and she brought us a small table so we could place our gifts there and were able to have more space to eat. She was attentive without being obtrusive. The food was excellent and prepared attractively. A very good experience, will definitely return

Buffet was very disappointing! Had to ask server for scrambled eggs. Cramped area for desserts and waffles. For the price should have been an omelette station? No bagels, did not see any toast? Much cooler seated near front entrance when door opened and closed.

Celebrating birthday and server was very accommodating and friendly. Most food was good but the steak sandwiches were very plain. Wontons were excellent as usual and great burgers. Overall it was good and not crowded so we were able to be seated early and had great service.

Food quality did not meet the food cost. Thai chili pasta had potential but needed more seasoning and the amount of blacken chicken was disappointing. The open steak sandwich…. It was sad, a chewy steak on top of a tiny piece of toasted Italian bread. The burger was good. Kids pasta was fine they ate it. Fried chicken salad was a decent salad. The service was good. Didn’t have to request refills but there were times she was absent. Overall nice staff, clean appearance, but the food will not bring us back.
