Contemporary Coastal and New Orleans cuisine served in the historic Warehouse District. Briquette serves up unique seafood creations from the Louisiana Gulf waters and around the world. Seafood specialties include Louisiana Redfish On The Half Shell, Snapper Ponchartrain with Lump Crabmeat, and Whole Branzino. Features also include Prime steaks, pork porterhouse, lamb, veal and pastas.

    The food was excellent and the service provided by Patrick was great! Everything came out quickly and Patrick checked in frequently to make sure everything was ok.

    Went for a date night with my wife, the experience was first class. Our waiter a young hindu man named Resmi I believe gave helpful suggestions and was so respectful. By all means we will go back. One of the best things I enjoyed was local fresh seafood. CCH

    Overall great experience the food was a 4/5 not perfect but good. Service was great the best wait staff I would say only con was I waited at least 10 minutes before being seen staff members walked past numerous times before a hostess came to greet etc. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone.

    "5/5 stars! Our steak dinner at Briquettes was absolutely phenomenal! The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was top-notch. But what really made our evening special was the exceptional hospitality from our host, Toby. He went above and beyond by setting our table with a bouquet of flowers and our homemade pottery. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our night truly unforgettable. We can't wait to come back to Briquettes!"

    It was me and my Significant Other’s first time there. Colby, the Greeter is a jewel! Everyone was so nice! The food was delicious! We will be back!

    Briquette knocked it out of the park for a busy Valentine's Day meal. Food was great but a little too heavy on the garlic for me. If I loved garlic as most people do, it would have been perfect.

    We went out for Valentine’s Day and we were seated fairly fast. Service was good dishes were explained well. The appetizer was great however the main dishes were kind of strange and seemed to be prepared at different times being some parts were different temperatures. Overall experience was pleasant food was a little disappointing for the price! But I would try again on a different day.

    It wasn't until ordering that we were informed they were out of a number of menu items. Considering it was only 6pm, the start of the dinner seating, this seems unacceptable
