This place went downhill! We used to go to Brio years ago and it had better service and better food. Last night everything was a disaster ! The food was mediocre.. a lot of us mentioned how bland and tasteless their food was. We had a variety of everything, steaks, salmon, salads, soups, pastas.. we ordered almost everything on the menu as we were a group of 12! Everything tasted blah! The prices were expensive for the quality and quantity we got! And the service was super slow even though the restaurant was 60% empty!!!! We waited for an hour for our food to come out!! Unacceptable in this age and time where every second there is a restaurant opening up somewhere in Houston and the competition is fierce! And the to go kids meal I asked for was missed and took them 30 mins to come out… we won’t visit again! And I highly doubt they will be able to stay in business long…

My girlfriend's and I go to dinner once a month and we love going to Brio's. It's a very nice atmosphere, the waitstaff is always knowledgeable and professional, and the noice level is so low we can actually have a conversation!!!

I thought the food was okay but too expensive for what we got. Service was not great… I had to ask for more tea, more water and more bread… check came as soon as we took our last bite and didn’t even offer dessert or coffee!

SERVICE: Went for an anniversary dinner. Waitress was not attentive at all, did not crack a smile once, barely even changed her tone of voice. I think she might have been having a bad day, but still frustrating as I expected better service. After she got our order she did not come to our table again, yet she was checking on her other table. A random worker cleared our table for us because he noticed we were finished. He also took our dessert order & brought it to us, while refilling our drinks. Our waitress still did not check on us. She finally came to our table to bring us our bill and that was it. FOOD: Spinach and artichoke dip I would rate a 4/5. The dip itself was amazing and a huge portion, she chips were not my favorite as they tasted stale. Pasta alla vodka was AMAZING 5/5, I wish it was a bigger portion but was still great nonetheless. I would go back solely for that meal. Chicken Limone was a 1/5, the only good part was the broccolini but even that was bland. Mashed potatoes were chunky. The chicken seemed to look like it had an egg batter on the outside, unsure as to why. Warm Chocolate Cake was a 3/5. The cake itself is more of a fudge, I wouldn’t consider it a cake. Had an okay flavor if you like the taste of fudge. The ice cream though was good.
