Our server Eric was fabulous! We opted to sit outdoors since it was nice out, it was quite pleasant. Our food took a very long time to come out but we did not mind since we weren’t in a hurry. Our server kept coming over to check on us while we waited for our food. Food was tasty and overall we had a good time. Will return soon

I arrived for a 715PM reservation on a Sunday evening. There was two tables with customers and a group in the party room. There was no one to greet us. We waited almost five minutes before the bartender came to talk to us. He said he would be back with someone to help us and he disappeared. We waited another five minutes without anyone taking care of us. We walked out.

We visit this Brio monthly. Tonight Hannah was our server and did an excellent job. She was attentive and delivered drinks/food in a prompt manner.

I recently invited my friends to dinner at BRIO Tuscan Grille in Fairfax and was quite disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was incredibly slow. Our waiter was unfriendly and seemed grumpy throughout our meal. This lack of attentiveness and poor attitude left a negative impression. I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer service experience.

We enjoy BRIO's patio in the warm months. It's completely covered and has ceiling fans, so even hot days feel comfortable. Service has always been very friendly and attentive, and we enjoy trying different things on the menu. No favorites yet, but we'll update our review when we find something we fall in love with.

We've enjoyed BRIO in the past. The food is always tasty and the service excellent. We would have given BRIO five stars, but the two pasta dishes we ordered were MUCH too salty and that (as expected) reduced our enjoyment of the food. Next time, we'll ask the wait staff to ask the kitchen to hold the salt.
